About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven MBA graduate to join Setoo as a Strategy & Operations Associate, working directly with the CEO and leadership team to build, scale, and drive the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s priorities, calendar, and key meetings to ensure maximum focus and effective decision-making.
• Convert ideas, discussions, and meeting outcomes into actionable tasks with clear ownership and timelines.
• Track ongoing initiatives, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain accountability, and drive tasks to closure.
• Support executive communication by drafting emails, updates, meeting notes, and internal coordination messages.
• Maintain weekly progress tracking, task dashboards, and reporting to ensure smooth execution across teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, demonstrating strong ownership and independent problem-solving.
• Ensure high-quality execution and follow-through across cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive timely outcomes.

Required Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience as a Co-Founder Officer. Kindly apply only if you meet this requirement.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Execution-driven mindset with a proven track record of delivering results, following through, and driving initiatives to completion.
• High ownership mindset - comfortable working independently and taking initiative without requiring constant supervision.
