• Have 2+ years in professional development or organizational capacity building
• Have 2+ years leading and managing strategic projects
• You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).

Compensation

A typical non-traditional salary for a missionary household is $42,600 to $80,982 annually.
