Salary: $125,000–$150,000 + Bonus

Pond Lehocky Giordano is one of the largest workers' compensation and disability law firms in the country. Built in Philadelphia, the firm is now executing an ambitious national expansion strategy across multiple states, supported by significant investments in technology, operations, and organizational infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Director of Operations to work directly alongside the CEO and COO in driving the firm's next phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on translating strategy into action and building the operational systems that support a rapidly scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations

• Develop analyses, financial models, and executive-level recommendations that inform firm-wide decisions
• Partner directly with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth
• Translate executive priorities into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead execution across operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams
• Manage strategic projects from planning through implementation
• Establish and maintain operational rhythms, metrics, and accountability structures

Technology & Process Improvement

• Support the firm's legal technology ecosystem, including Litify, automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and intake platforms
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve adoption and maximize ROI on technology investments
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiency and operational leverage through process improvement

Growth & Expansion

• Support new market launches and expansion initiatives
• Assist with workforce planning, organizational design, and infrastructure development
• Build scalable systems and processes that support continued national growth

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent) or financial services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business challenges
• Experience developing financial models, business cases, and strategic recommendations
• Ability to operate effectively in both strategic and highly detailed environments
• Exceptional project management and execution skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with legal technology, litigation finance, or Salesforce-based organizations
• Exposure to high-growth, operationally intensive environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver results
