Head of Experience

Ciklum is looking for a Head of Experience to join our team full-time in Poland.

About The Role:

As the Head of Experience, you will be at the forefront of our market expansion efforts and report into the VP for Product. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and capability building, requiring a professional who can drive business development, oversee high-quality delivery, build strategic client relationships and set up development/progression programmes for growing product people. This role would lead the Product Management, Product Design, Business Analysis and User research functions comprising 100+ people in total. The ideal candidate will have a digital consultancy background, proven expertise in Product discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as a commercial leader to identify, develop, and close new product business opportunities across the UK, US and Western European markets
• Build and nurture a network of strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and thought leadership activities to establish credibility and attract new business
• Oversee end-to-end product development, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and business outcomes
• Support and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional product solutions across diverse industries
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency of services
• Work with the VP of Product to set the vision and strategy for Product initiatives globally
• Build and grow the Product team, including recruitment, mentoring, and career development
• Establish and manage performance metrics and KPIs for the team
• Develop and articulate a clear point of view on Product trends and innovations
• Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating templates, artifacts, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Director, Head of Product, or similar leadership role for client programmes
• Strong consultancy background, ideally with 5+ years in a reputable consulting firm
• Expertise in product discovery and delivery, with measurable market outcomes
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a reputation for building and maintaining relationships
• Experience working across domains as a generalist and managing strategic relationships
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial acumen and a track record of business growth

Desirable:

• Experience in portfolio management
• History of contributing to team growth and participating in recruitment efforts
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
