Supply Chain Strategy Consultant Responsibilities

  • Leading supply chain assessments, maturity models, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Designing network, inventory, and planning strategies aligned to business growth targets.
  • Facilitating S&OP / IBP cadences and cross-functional operating mechanisms.
  • Building business cases for investments in capability, systems, and organization design.
  • Supporting product launch and commercial readiness planning in regulated industries.
  • Applying scenario planning and risk frameworks for resilience and continuity.
  • Coaching client teams on metrics, governance, and sustained performance management.
  • Contributing to thought leadership, case studies, and firm methodology development.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in supply chain consulting or industry leadership roles.
  • Experience in pharma, biotech, medical devices, or consumer goods preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree in operations, engineering, or related field is a plus.
