Technology PMO

Chief of Staff to Head of Technology

Act as Chief of Staff to the Head of Technology and manage the technology operating rhythm.

• Lead technology governance, leadership reviews, steering committees and executive forums.

• Define, track and improve technology KPIs, OKRs, KRAs and scorecards.

• Consolidate data across Engineering, Platforms, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Data and Service Management teams.

• Manage portfolio governance, dependencies, risks, issues and escalations across technology verticals.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, operations and technology teams.

• Ensure delivery against strategic commitments and leadership action plans.

• Coordinate globally distributed teams and stakeholders across geographies and time zones.

• Support budget governance, workforce planning, vendor governance and resource tracking.

Experience & Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Technology PMO, Program Management, Technology Strategy, Transformation or Chief of Staff roles.

• Experience supporting CTO, CIO, Head of Technology or equivalent executive leaders.

• Strong understanding of Software Engineering, Agile Delivery, Cloud, DevSecOps, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, IT Operations and Data platforms.

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL or equivalent certifications desirable.

• MBA or Masters degree preferred.
