About the Role:
Squad Health is hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives across the company. This role sits at the center of the organization and will operate across fundraising, hiring, business operations, go-to-market strategy, product strategy, and special projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can operate across both strategic and operational workstreams. You will interface with teams across the organization and work on initiatives that directly impact the company’s growth, execution, and long-term direction.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating with significant ownership and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO and CTO on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives
- Drive execution across special projects related to fundraising, growth, hiring, product, business operations, and go-to-market initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product, growth, and customer teams to improve alignment and execution
- Translate ambiguous problems into structured recommendations and actionable plans using data
- Support leadership in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives
- Operate effectively in high-ownership environments with rapidly evolving priorities
You Might Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 4+ years of experience across consulting, operations, business strategy, banking, healthcare startups, or related functions within high-growth technology environments.
- Operating experience in a high-growth environment is highly preferred.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges, define meaningful success metrics, interpret performance trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
