- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the English Business, with a clear focus on driving scalable growth.
- Apply blue-sky and first-principles thinking to identify new growth levers, business models, and opportunity areas.
- Translate the business strategy into actionable plans, working closely with category and functional teams to drive execution.
- Track trends, benchmarks, and innovations in media & entertainment and other industries, and translate them into actionable ideas for growth.
- Build a broad, outside-in perspective that challenges status quo thinking within the business.
- Partner closely with leadership, category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (finance, marketing, programming) to align on priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Manage multiple stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, driving consensus and follow-through.
- Own end-to-end delivery of key strategic projects, from ideation to implementation.
- Build compelling narratives that combine data and storytelling to influence leadership decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality executive presentations for leadership and business reviews.
- Communicate complex strategic ideas simply and persuasively across levels of the organization.
