Role Summary

Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization, partnering with the Founder, CFO and leadership team to drive growth, profitability, transformation and operational excellence. This role combines strategy, analytics and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition to execution
• Drive growth, cost optimization and business transformation initiatives
• Build business cases, conduct analysis and present recommendations
• Manage large-scale programs, timelines, governance and stakeholder alignment
• Track business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Support leadership on strategic decisions, market analysis and special projects

Ideal Candidate

• 4–8 years' experience, preferably in top-tier management consulting
• Strong business acumen, structured problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes
• MBA from a premier institute preferred
