About the Role

The Chief of Staff role at Pilgrim is built for someone who wants to drive cross-functional projects from strategy to execution, create long-term impact by building from scratch, and solve complex problems by thinking differently. This role offers direct exposure to the founders and senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.

Responsibilities:

● High-Impact Special Projects: Work directly with founders and senior management on business-critical initiatives.

● Insight-Driven Execution: Dig into detailed business metrics, identify root causes and insights, and drive projects to closure within expected timelines.

● Cross-Functional Ownership: Work across teams to get things done bridging strategy, operations and execution seamlessly.

● 0-to-1 Initiatives: Lead new business models, partnerships, and transformation projects execute POCs, derive learnings, and hand over to long-term owners.

● Growth Identification: Identify and prioritize medium-to-long-term projects that can deliver non-linear growth in business scale and revenues.

Key Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

● Entrepreneurial acumen — ability to take ownership and drive outcomes independently.

● Strong problem-solving skills — break down complex problems into clear, actionable gameplans.

● Comfort with large datasets and ability to derive actionable insights.

● High comfort with ambiguity and ability to translate efforts into measurable results.

● Strong stakeholder management — ability to influence and deliver across levels and functions.
