About Corrie's House

Corrie's House is a pioneering residential program serving youth ages 12–17 who have experienced sexual exploitation or trafficking. Through safe housing and comprehensive wraparound services, we provide a trauma-informed, victim-centered environment where youth can heal, grow, and build hope for a future free from exploitation.

After years of planning and development, Corrie's House successfully opened its doors in December 2025 and has quickly established strong momentum, serving youth through residential care, mental health services, education support, life skills development, healthy relationships programming, and individualized empowerment planning.

The Opportunity

Corrie's House is seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and impact.

This is a rare opportunity to build upon a strong foundation, partner with an engaged Board of Directors, and help shape the future of an organization addressing one of the most urgent and underserved needs facing vulnerable youth.

The Executive Director serves as the organization's chief executive officer and is responsible for strategic leadership, fundraising, financial stewardship, community partnerships, organizational culture, board relations, and overall operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidates will bring:

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience

• Strong strategic planning and organizational leadership skills

• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Financial management and fundraising experience

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• A passion for mission-driven work and meaningful impact

Candidates may come from nonprofit, corporate, healthcare, education, public sector, faith-based, or other mission-driven leadership backgrounds.
