Indexed description
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Acorn Pacific, Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
Why Reap?
Mexico is one of the most exciting frontiers for stablecoin-enabled finance, and this role puts you at the helm of it. As our Country Manager, you'll own Reap's presence on the ground—shaping our go-to-market, building local momentum, and steering the operational engine of an entire market. You'll be the hands-on leader: commercially driven, deeply hands-on, and trusted to move fast in a market where the opportunity is enormous and the clock is always ticking.
Your Mission Awaits
- Own and drive Reap's go-to-market strategy in Mexico end-to-end—from market entry and positioning to revenue growth.
- Build, lead, and energize a high-performing local team, setting the pace and culture for the market.
- Take charge of local operations, compliance, and cross-functional execution, getting into the operational weeds where it counts.
- Champion Reap's brand and relationships across the Mexican fintech and financial ecosystem.
- Partner closely with global leadership to align local execution with company strategy and report back on market performance.
- A proven go-to-market leader—this is non-negotiable. You've owned commercial outcomes and know how to grow a market from the front.
- Operational range: you've managed ops, compliance, or carried dotted-line ops responsibility, and you're comfortable being commercial-first while diving into the operational detail.
- Experience as a country manager or senior leader at a fintech—ideally at a younger, more dynamic fintech/Web3-style company rather than a traditional PSP.
- An entrepreneurial operator who has built and led teams, not just managed people.
- Exposure to foreign companies and cross-cultural environments, with the agility to operate in a fast-moving global business.
- A background in crypto, stablecoins, or Web3 (ideal, but we know it's rare—not a dealbreaker).
- An established network within the Mexican fintech and financial services ecosystem.
- Experience standing up a new market or business line from the ground up.
- A high-impact role in a rapidly growing fintech startup
- Flexible hybrid work environment with a global, collaborative team
- Insurance coverage after probation
- Reap Card stipend and remote setup allowance
- Use of AI tools at work — and the space to learn, experiment, and grow with them
- A culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning
