Job The Program Manager leads complex, multi-year, cross-functional

programs that advance strategic business objectives. This role supports

business objectives by managing programs across product development,

operational excellence, process improvement, and enterprise-wide

initiatives. The Program Manager ensures success through disciplined

planning, program alignment, risk management, and effective stakeholder

communication. This hybrid role requires being onsite in Kohler,

Wisconsin for 2-3 days each week. Relocation assistance is available for

qualified candidates. Specific Responsibilities: \* Program Leadership &

Execution - Lead multiple complex programs-from initiation through

implementation and global release. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk,

and resources across functions and global teams. Facilitate program

plans, stage-gate reviews, and executive updates. Translate strategic

objectives into measurable programs with clear KPIs and milestones. \*

Program Alignment - Contribute to program planning including timing,

capacity, and prioritization. Support development of program management

standards, governance, templates, and best practices. Provide program

analysis, identify cross-program risks, and ensure resource alignment.

\* Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead teams without direct authority

across engineering, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.

Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution across diverse teams.

Mentor project leaders and cultivate strong cross-functional

relationships. \* Risk, Change, and Issue Management - Identify and
