Regular full time first shift.
Major Responsibilities
- Anticipate issues that need advanced preparation and oversee the preparation of briefing materials for the President, acting as a point of contact between the Executive Leadership Team and other stakeholders.
- Serve as liaison between the President and other members of the Executive Leadership Team in the market to ensure alignment, and drive execution of key objectives.
- Ensures that ancillary and support service areas are optimized within the division based on enterprise-wide strategies, goals and directives.
- Oversees Behavioral Health operations within the division
- When appropriate, serve as the divisional designee, attending meetings and speaking on behalf of the divisional leader(s).
- Prioritize and execute on business imperatives
- With inherent skills, prioritizes schedule based upon the needs of the President and the enterprise; assists with agendas to ensure that the work is prioritized, delivered and continuously improves
- Collaborate with enterprise, regional, and market leaders to create seamless interactions for the President, and to ensure initiatives are executed in an efficient, effective and diligent manner
- Facilitate and align planning and problem-solving
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to design, implement and standardize best practice
- Facilitate problem solving, and provide consultation and decision-making support to President

- Bachelors degree in healthcare field
- Typically requires 15 years of experience in health care related operational experience. Includes 10 years of management experience in management of staff, budgets, and multiple operational functions with multi-site accountability.
