About The Team
The Strategy & Transformation Office provides a structured and disciplined approach to delivering our firm’s overarching strategy. The team plays a central role in accelerating transformation, enabling sustainable growth, and ensuring the firm continues to evolve and maintain its competitive edge.
Within this, the Transformation Management Office (TMO) provides the critical infrastructure and oversight required to determine the “how” behind large-scale enterprise transformation; driving clarity, alignment, integration and pace across complex initiatives.
What will your typical day look like?
You’ll work alongside a high-performing and growing team to support a portfolio of firmwide transformation programs that enhance customer experience, operational excellence and organisational effectiveness. Operating across multiple workstreams, you will bring structure, momentum, integration and visibility to some of the firm’s most important strategic initiatives.
Specifically, you will:
- Support the identification and prioritisation of transformation initiatives, and contribute to developing robust business cases; defining objectives, assessing value and outlining financial and operational rationale.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and resource requirements.
- Lead integration planning and execution across multiple transformation streams, ensuring interdependencies are identified, managed and aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Help establish clear roles, responsibilities and governance frameworks to support successful program execution and cross-functional integration.
- Drive awareness and alignment across programs, communicating change impacts to stakeholders and supporting delivery in line with plan, budget and quality standards.
- Track program KPIs and value realisation, including establishing baselines, benefits profiles and measurement approaches, and support high-quality reporting on progress and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain benefits and performance models (primarily in Excel) to support business cases, scenario analysis, forecasting and benefits realisation reporting.
- Provide oversight and coordination across transformation streams to ensure delivery stability, integration effectiveness and execution discipline.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies arising from cross-program integration.
- Strong program/project management capability, with experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives and driving execution discipline.
- Proven integration management experience; coordinating interdependencies across workstreams, aligning plans, and supporting cohesive delivery.
- Experience in enterprise transformation, strategy, management consulting or a similar environment, with exposure to end-to-end transformation lifecycles.
- Strong benefits realisation capability, including KPI frameworks, baselining, benefits profiles, measurement approaches and value tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial/benefits modelling, scenario analysis and forecasting; able to translate data into clear insights.
- Power BI and data visualisation skills (or similar tools), with the ability to build decision-useful dashboards and reporting.
- Strong governance, reporting and communication skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders and maintaining reporting integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritise effectively and manage risks/dependencies.
- A collaborative, resilient mindset with a passion for teamwork, continuous improvement and learning.
