Marketing Lead

Role Overview

We're looking for an execution-focused Marketing Generalist to join our global team. In this fully remote role, you'll help drive our brand voice, manage social channels and content, and run growth campaigns for The Client, our perpetuals DEX. The ideal candidate blends sharp copywriting and creative campaign ideation with a data-driven, strategic mindset to engage an international audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Ideation & Execution — Brainstorm, plan, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aimed at global user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Content Creation & Copywriting — Write high-converting, engaging copy across channels including social media and user communications, and translate complex trading or crypto concepts into digestible content for a global audience.
• Social Media Management — Own day-to-day management and growth strategy for our X accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality content aimed at both builders and traders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with distributed teams across product, design, and growth to align marketing initiatives with product updates, trading feature launches, and business goals.
• Data & Optimization — Use data-driven insights to iterate on and improve future initiatives.
• Tech & AI Integration — Actively explore and integrate modern AI tooling and marketing tech to streamline workflows, scale content production, and optimize campaign efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience — Prior marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Centralized Exchanges (CEX), Decentralized Perp DEXs, or FinTech/Trading products.
• Execution + Strategy — A proven track record of executing tactical marketing plans while understanding the broader strategic vision.
• Copywriting Skills — Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with a sharp eye for detail, tone, and audience alignment.
• Communication — Fluent or native command of English (written and verbal) with excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset — Highly interested in technology, data analytics, and the adoption of AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.
• Adaptability — Comfortable navigating the fast-moving, ever-evolving landscape of crypto and Web3.
