The role
This role sits at the heart of one of Zeekr Europe’s key priorities: driving integration and alignment between Zeekr and Geely in Europe.
You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and closely collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership, contributing to high-impact cross-brand initiatives while leading internal communications across EU HQ and regional markets. collaborating with HR team.
This position offers high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to actively shape how Zeekr and Geely collaborate and grow together in Europe.
This Is What You Will Do
- Drive execution of key workstreams within cross-brand initiatives (e.g., planning cycles, go-to-market alignment, and cross-functional projects).
- Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure progress, resolve gaps, and maintain momentum.
- Prepare clear and structured materials to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Europe and China to ensure alignment.
- Lead internal communications across EU HQ and regional markets.
- Support leadership communication, including town halls, key updates, and messaging development.
- Maintain and continuously improve communication channels and cadence.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across teams and regions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clarity, transparency, and engagement across the organization.
- Support structured collaboration across teams (e.g., planning cycles, updates, coordination routines).
- Maintain visibility on priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Proactively identify misalignment, risks, or delays and escalate when needed.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and translate HQ communications and policies into clear, relevant messaging for European audiences.
- Capable of explaining new policies in a way that resonates with employees locally, while maintaining alignment with the original intent and context from HQ.
- 5+ years of experience in international business integration, executive communications, strategic planning, or chief of staff-related functions.
- Experience operating in a global organization across China and international markets.
- Exceptional written communication and content development capabilities, including executive messaging, presentations, speeches, and strategic communications.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business topics into clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
