Transformation Lead (Group TMO)
Amsterdam (on-site, with regular travel) · Reports to CEO · Permanent, full-time
We are growing. Join us in shaping the next stage of our journey.
One Frio is a young, fast-growing network in temperature-controlled food logistics - formed by bringing together strong family businesses across the Netherlands and Ireland. We provide reliable cold storage, warehousing, order picking, transport and end-to-end logistics for food products. As we integrate several companies into one group, there's real room to influence how things are done.
The Role
We are hiring a Transformation Lead to run our Group Transformation Management Office (TMO), based in Amsterdam and reporting directly to the CEO. At any point One Frio has around 40 initiatives running across the platform - acquisition integrations, systems rollouts, capex projects, commercial programs and compliance workstreams. You will hold scope, sequence, owners and dates across every initiative that matters, and clear the path in front of them.
This is a rare opportunity to set the tempo for how a fast-growing, pan-European platform delivers, working directly with the CEO, site general managers and function leads across three countries. It's a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, follow-through and holding people to what they committed to.
You're a structured, execution-focused operator with the credibility to build trust quickly with the CEO, site leaders and function heads across finance, IT, HR, operations and commercial.
What you will do
- Run the TMO. Own the master tracker, weekly sync, status discipline, decisions log and request intake process - one version of the truth, updated centrally and challenged in the room.
- Lead integration delivery. Run the standard gate model across finance, IT, HR, commercial, operations and brand for every acquisition, including the 100-day plans and gate reviews.
- Drive cross-functional programs. Lead HRIS, CRM, data and analytics, and WMS/TMS integration work, and standardise KPIs and dashboards across sites.
- Govern the capex program. Track schedule, spend against approval and benefit delivery for multi-site expansion and automation projects, working with the Asset & Development team.
- Manage external partners and benefit tracking. Set scope for consultants and implementation partners, hold them to timeline and fee, and measure every approved ROI case monthly against the case.
What you will bring
- 3-5 years managing projects across teams and functions, ideally from a recognised strategy or transaction advisory firm, or in-house program delivery in a multi-site business
- Experience in post-merger integration, operational improvement, systems implementation or multi-site change
- A structured, numerate and fast working style - comfortable building the plan, chasing the owners and writing the update the board actually reads
- Comfortable around ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM and data platform projects, able to challenge an implementation partner on scope and sequencing
- Credibility with a warehouse manager and in a board room, in the same week
- Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage, not a requirement
How you will show up - our values
These values guide how we work together, and they're part of how we recognise and develop people. We'd love to see them reflected in how you approach the role:
- We are no spectators. You take ownership of outcomes and are happy to step up beyond your immediate tasks.
- We move fast and fix forward. You're comfortable making decisions, adopting new ways, and keeping things practical and lean.
- We say what needs to be said. You share your views openly and address issues directly - always with respect.
- We earn the next load. You deliver consistently to a high standard and build trust through your work.
- We respect what was here before us. You listen, value local expertise, and build together with people across our sites.
Why One Frio
You will join a growing, innovative company with a clear mission and a sustainable way of working - at a moment when your contribution can really shape how things develop. Expect genuine ownership and an entrepreneurial culture that values teamwork and practical impact, and the chance to help build with us, not just fit into what's already there. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, in line with the role and your experience.
