The General Manager of Strategic Insights will build and lead a best-in-class Strategic Insights capability, operating at the heart of enterprise decision-making. Acting as a trusted partner to Senior Leadership, you will ensure strategic decisions are underpinned by robust evidence, scenario planning and a deep understanding of drivers, trade-offs and risk. This newly created position sits at the heart of strategy, analytics and senior decision-making, translating complex data, modelling and scenario analysis into clear, compelling insights that inform the future direction of Jet2.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the development of high-impact strategic insight, modelling and scenario planning to shape long-term business strategy.
• Translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives to influence executive decision-making across areas such as growth, network, pricing and investment.
• Acting as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, challenging constructively and bringing evidence-led recommendations.
• Overseeing enterprise modelling, horizon scanning and scenario analysis to evaluate options, risks and trade-offs.
• Building and leading a high-performing Strategic Insights team, setting standards for rigour, storytelling and impact.
• Driving collaboration and innovation across Data, Finance, Commercial and Operations to unlock enterprise value.

What You’ll Have

• Senior experience in strategy, insight, analytics, consulting or corporate planning.
• Proven track record of influencing executive decisions through insight and evidence.
• Strong expertise in strategic modelling, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading high-performing team in an analytical or insight setting.
• Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of business drivers, trade-offs and risk.
