Why PsychPlus?

The current delivery model for mental health care in this country is broken. At PsychPlus, we're reimagining how mental health care is delivered by combining exceptional clinical care with innovative technology. Our mission is to ensure every person has access to affordable, accessible, and high-quality mental health services through both virtual and in-person care.

We're looking for ambitious, intellectually curious leaders who want to solve complex operational challenges and help scale one of the fastest-growing behavioral healthcare organizations in the country.

About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking a highly driven Director of Operations to work directly with executive leadership on high-impact initiatives across the organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with exceptional analytical ability, strong business acumen, and an ownership mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role is designed for someone who is hungry to learn, willing to outwork the competition, and excited to solve difficult operational problems. Healthcare experience is not required—we're looking for exceptional thinkers who can quickly learn the business and drive meaningful execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives across operations, growth, and organizational development.
  • Analyze business performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution while maintaining aggressive timelines.
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop and improve operational processes that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to execute company-wide initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.
  • Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Take ownership of high-priority projects and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or an MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Graduated within the last three years preferred.
  • Outstanding academic performance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership through internships, consulting, entrepreneurship, student organizations, or high-impact projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong comfort working with data.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
  • Naturally curious, resourceful, and comfortable working through ambiguity.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly ambitious and eager to accelerate their career.
  • Exceptionally intelligent with strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Willing to work 10–12-hour days, six days per week, when business priorities require it.
  • Comfortable taking ownership with minimal direction.
  • Competitive, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Able to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Passionate about solving difficult business problems in a rapidly growing organization.

Why Join PsychPlus?

  • Work directly alongside executive leadership on mission-critical initiatives.
  • Significant opportunity for rapid career advancement.
  • Exposure to company-wide strategy and decision-making.
  • High-impact work with meaningful ownership from day one.
  • Opportunity to help transform the future of mental healthcare while building a world-class operations organization.
