Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a key leader to program manager the Operations Strategy and Planning transformation and strategy development at World Headquarters in the execution and communication of strategic vision.
- Manage department and organizational transformation initiatives for a team of 6-8 executives, including developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications/presentations.
- Lead support of daily operations including development and execution of a business management system (BMS) and organization management system (OMS), organizing corporate events and workshops, SIOP strategy sessions, help new employee onboarding, and other strategic projects.
- Develop and implement the global communication and recognition strategy.
- Improve current team processes and execute sustainable initiatives by leveraging change communication and strong relationships with the executive team.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in an Industrial Operations, Manufacturing Operations or Consulting
- 5+ years experience driving transformation at the dept or enterprise level
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, or business
- MBA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Independently driven problem solver with the appetite to address complex challenges in a fast-moving environment
- Proven track record of planning and leading strategic initiatives in a global organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting communications for executive audiences
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
