Job Summary
- We are seeking tested intelligence professional from the Nigerian Armed Forces or Police Intelligence units to take full strategic and operational control of corporate security nationwide.
- We are specifically targeting senior intelligence personnel with deep field experience in threat assessment, counterintelligence, asset protection, and coordinated security operations within Nigeria.
- Served in the Intelligence Corps of the Nigerian Army, Naval Intelligence, Air Force Intelligence, or the Nigeria Police Intelligence Bureau (or equivalent classified units)
- Held senior operational intelligence roles with command or regional oversight responsibilities
- Managed threat analysis, surveillance operations, risk mitigation, and coordinated multi-agency responses
- Operated in high-risk, high-pressure security environments involving organized crime, cargo theft, sabotage, or insurgent threats
- Led structured intelligence teams with measurable operational outcomes

- Designing and leading a nationwide corporate security and intelligence architecture
- Protecting high-value cargo, terminals, fleet assets, warehouses, and personnel
- Establishing proactive intelligence gathering networks across operational corridors
- Preventing cargo theft, route hijacking, internal collusion, vandalism, and organized criminal infiltration
- Leading investigations, covert audits, and internal security assessments
- Coordinating with military formations, police commands, DSS, NSCDC, and other security agencies
- Developing crisis response protocols and rapid deployment frameworks
- Implementing surveillance systems, tracking infrastructure, and intelligence reporting structures
- Building a disciplined, corruption-resistant internal security team
- Reporting directly to executive leadership with actionable threat intelligence and risk forecasts.
- Must have verifiable intelligence unit experience
- 6–12 years of progressive intelligence and operational security experience
- Proven leadership of structured intelligence teams or regional security commands
- Deep understanding of Nigeria’s internal security landscape, transport corridor risks, and organized criminal patterns
- Strong investigative capability with documented case outcomes
- Experience coordinating joint-task or inter-agency security operations
- High ethical standards and demonstrated resistance to compromise
- Strategic thinker with operational discipline and execution focus
- Ability to travel nationwide and respond rapidly to emerging threats.
