Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a transformative card product strategy. As the Head of Cards, you will own the end-to-end development of card offerings, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company growth objectives. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Cards product strategy, building a card offering that is competitive, commercially attractive, and aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Define, launch, and continuously improve card products (virtual, physical, debit, prepaid), ensuring they meet customer needs and generate business value.
- Work closely with Sales to create a product that is easy to position, differentiate, and sell across target markets.
- Drive the full product lifecycle, from market research and business case development to launch, optimization, and scaling.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and external partners (Visa, Mastercard, processors, BIN sponsors) to deliver new features and capabilities.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to identify growth opportunities and maximize adoption, usage, and revenue.
- 5+ years of experience in Cards Product Management, Head of Cards, Cards Business, or a similar role within a fintech, EMI, PSP, or bank.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful card products from both a product and commercial perspective.
- Deep understanding of card issuing, card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), BIN sponsorship, processing, card economics, and customer journeys.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to translate market needs into commercially successful solutions.
- Experience working in startup or scale-up environments with high ownership and fast decision-making.
- Languages: English, Russian.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and executive teams.
