Head of Franchise

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Franchise to lead and develop our international franchise business across multiple markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, building strong partnerships with franchisors, and leading strategic initiatives that strengthen the performance of our franchise brands.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the overall franchise business strategy and operations across all markets.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring consistent brand standards and customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisors, franchise partners, landlords, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations related to franchise agreements, business terms, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor business performance, analyze KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve results.
• Lead store opening, relocation, refurbishment, and new retail concept implementation projects.
• Prepare business plans, budgets, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Franchise Business team.

• Proven experience in franchise management, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience driving commercial performance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management capabilities.
• Experience working with international brands and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel across markets.
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).

From 3400–3800 EUR/month net, salary depending on experience.
