Business Strategy Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Strategy Manager to serve as a key strategic and execution support partner to executive leadership. This role drives strategic business planning, performance tracking, governance, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional initiatives across the business division.

This position provides executive leadership with clear visibility into overall business performance, key priorities, risks, and execution progress, translating strategic direction into actionable plans across multi-asset products, treasury, insurance, and client advisory channels.

Key Functional Pillars & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Business Execution

• Support executive leadership in developing long-term business strategy, focusing on client portfolio expansion, revenue generation, and solution penetration.
• Prepare annual business plans, board presentations, and executive materials, tracking progress against core strategic initiatives.
• Drive key business modernization projects, digital adoption, and service delivery enhancements by coordinating cross-functional workstreams and resolving operational blockers.

2. Performance Analytics & Business Cadence

• Drive the performance management rhythm by tracking financial targets, commercial metrics, and sales force productivity.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to deliver actionable insights that accelerate portfolio and revenue growth.
• Maintain governance across leadership forums and review committees by managing meeting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring timely execution.

3. Stakeholder & Frontline Enablement

• Act as a central coordination hub across internal business units, preparing briefing notes, strategic talking points, and organizational communications.
• Enable frontline distribution teams through the tracking of commercial campaigns, sales toolkits, and execution resources.

4. Governance, Risk & Operational Oversight

• Monitor operational and business risks, ensuring action items related to audit, regulatory guidelines, and internal compliance frameworks are tracked and resolved.
• Maintain rigorous governance standards across all deliverables, tracking weekly priorities, project timelines, and administrative updates.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Financial Services, Strategy, and Business Management, with a proven track record of supporting senior executive leadership.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the affluent client segment and distribution frameworks spanning investments, insurance, treasury, and branch network frameworks.
• Analytical & Strategic Acumen: Advanced analytical and business modeling skills, with expert proficiency in translating complex operational data into executive-level visual dashboards and presentations.
• Communication & Influence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, navigate matrix organizations, and drive execution without direct authority.
• Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
