Responsibilities

• SEC Filings ( 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1 ), SOX compliance, and public company governance.
• Lead International finance teams in financial management and reporting
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial performance, capital allocation, risk management, and growth initiatives.
• Work with M&A and Chief Strategy Officer to evaluate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration.
• Lead the development and execution of the Company’s longterm financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee tax strategy, planning, compliance, and optimization across domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Support CEO in capital structure planning, liquidity management, and financing strategies, including debt, equity, and credit facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a current Pubco CFO is required
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a company with annual revenue between 300 million and 1 billion USD.
• Must be on-site at their HQ in Orlando, FL area
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive roles within a public company environment.
• Must have experience leading complex global finance organizations and managing crossborder operations, strong experience with Canada and Europe highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a company with annual revenue between 300 million and 1 billion USD.
