We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of Gifting & Packaging to lead the development of our global packaging ecosystem and gifting strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of brand experience, innovation, sustainability, and customer engagement, ensuring that every touchpoint — from product packaging to gifting moments — elevates the brand and creates meaningful connections with our audiences.

About The Job

You will own both the end-to-end packaging development lifecycle and the definition and execution of gifting strategies, working cross-functionally with brand, creative direction, product development, procurement, supply chain, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Packaging Strategy & Development

• Define and drive the global packaging strategy, aligned with brand positioning, sustainability goals, and business objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end packaging development process and ensure packaging delivers a best-in-class unboxing experience across all channels (e-commerce, retail, wholesale)
• Partner with design, supply chain, and procurement teams to develop innovative, premium, and functional packaging solutions that are feasible, cost-efficient, and scalable

Gifting Strategy & Execution

• Define and implement a cohesive global gifting strategy for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Manage the development of gifting assortments, including product selection, packaging, and personalization elements
• Track performance and impact of gifting initiatives (engagement, loyalty, brand perception)

Innovation & Sustainability

• Drive innovation in materials, formats, and technologies to push the boundaries of packaging and gifting experiences
• Ensure alignment with sustainability commitments (eco-design, recyclability, reduced footprint, responsible sourcing)
• Stay ahead of industry trends in luxury packaging, experiential gifting, and customer experience

Project Management

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across creative, product, marketing, operations, and external suppliers
• Manage timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and production partners

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree; Engineering background strongly preferred, ideally combined with marketing or brand experience
• 15+ years of experience in packaging, product development, brand experience, or merchandising, ideally within premium/luxury or consumer brands
• Proven track record in leading packaging innovation and development on a global scale
• Strong experience in conceptualizing and executing gifting or experiential strategies
• Deep understanding of materials, production processes, and supply chain constraints
• Strong vertical & lateral leadership skills
• Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational execution
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
