Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) | Dublin

We are working with a private equity-backed, scaling Irish technology-enabled services business embarking on an exciting transformation journey. As the company evolves into a product-led, technology-driven organisation, they are seeking an exceptional Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to join the executive leadership team and shape the next phase of growth.

Location: South Dublin (4/5 days a week onsite)

This is far more than a traditional technology leadership role. The successful candidate will lead Product, Technology, and Engineering, driving business transformation through modern software, automation, AI, and scalable product development. Working closely with the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team, you will define the technology vision, improve execution, accelerate product delivery, and align technology investment with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's Product and Technology strategy.
• Lead and scale Product, Engineering, and Technology teams.
• Drive organisational transformation, operational efficiency, and delivery excellence.
• Embed a modern product operating model and strengthen collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Leverage automation and AI to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
• Present strategic initiatives and investment cases to executive leadership and the Board.

About You

• 15+ years of experience in Technology, Engineering, and Product leadership.
• 5+ years in an engineering and product leadership role
• Mandatory experience within startup or scale-up environments, ideally in private equity-backed businesses.
• Strong background in HealthTech, MedTech, FinTech, B2B SaaS, InsurTech, or technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrated success delivering organisational transformation, scaling technology teams, and driving commercial impact.
• A collaborative leader with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at Board level.
• Healthtech/Medtech/Fintech is a plus
