Salary: $200,000–$300,000 / Year, DOE + 15–30% bonus potential
We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to help build the financial infrastructure, capital strategy, and leadership disciplines required to scale. With significant production expansion underway and ambitious growth ahead, this executive will partner closely with ownership to shape organizational design, manage capital markets activity, strengthen financial planning and reporting and ensure the business is prepared for its next stage The ideal candidate is a proven manufacturing CFO who has successfully operated within a $50M+ organization, brings deep capital markets experience and knows how to turn financial strategy into disciplined execution across a rapidly scaling business
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to establish financial strategy, organizational structure, and scalable processes that support significant company growth
- Lead treasury management and capital markets initiatives, including financing strategies required to support new production lines, facility investments and future expansion
- Work closely with the Controller and external CPA firm on audit planning, tax strategy, cost segregation, depreciation optimization and deferred tax asset planning
- Establish sophisticated financial modeling, forecasting and analytical disciplines that provide leadership with greater visibility into performance and future scenarios
- Build robust financial reporting, SOPs and operating disciplines that integrate finance more deeply into daily business operations
- Evaluate strategic opportunities including potential acquisitions, partnerships and other transactions while providing executive-level financial analysis and guidance
- Develop and optimize the finance organization, determining the right team structure, capabilities, and resources needed to support the company as it scales
- 3+ years of successful experience serving as a Chief Financial Officer
- Proven CFO-level leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading the financial function of an organization with at least $50M in revenue, with $100M+ experience strongly preferred
- Strong capital markets experience including debt financing, lender relationships and transactions with sophisticated banking partners
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting and financial analytics experience with the ability to establish scalable disciplines and processes
- Bachelor’s degree required with advanced degrees welcomed but not required
- M&A or private equity transaction experience highly preferred, with the ability to confidently evaluate valuations, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities
- Annual bonus potential of approximately 15–30%
