Build Something From the Ground Up

Alliance Entertainment is launching a new business division, Alliance Live Commerce, and we're

looking for the leader who will build it. This is not a role where you'll inherit an existing

department. This is an opportunity to create one!

Alliance Entertainment is one of the largest distributors of entertainment products in North

America, with more than 325,000 SKUs housed in our 900,000-square-foot distribution center in

Shepherdsville, Kentucky. We believe live commerce represents one of the most significant growth

opportunities in retail and are making a long-term investment to build a best-in-class operation

across TikTok Live, Whatnot, eBay Live, and future live-shopping platforms.

About Alliance Live Commerce

Alliance Live Commerce will create a new sales channel built around live shopping experiences

featuring vinyl records, movies, video games, collectibles, toys, Handmade by Robots, Funko,

consumer electronics, new releases, limited editions, warehouse specials, and exclusive promotions.

Unlike most live-commerce businesses, our hosts will operate directly from our distribution center,

leveraging immediate access to one of the industry's largest entertainment inventories.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build Alliance Live Commerce from the ground up and own the strategic roadmap.

• Develop recurring live programming including Vinyl New Release Wednesdays, collectibles, gaming,

movies, toys and themed events.

• Hire, coach and develop Live Commerce Hosts.

• Build relationships with TikTok Live, Whatnot, eBay Live and future platform partners.

• Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Merchandising, Purchasing, Marketing and Customer

Service.

• Own revenue growth, gross margin, KPIs and operational performance.

• Develop scalable processes that allow the business to grow over time.

What Success Looks Like

Launch Alliance Live Commerce successfully, establish recurring programming, recruit and develop an

exceptional host team, build a loyal customer community, create measurable revenue growth, and lay

the foundation for a major long-term business unit.

Qualifications

• Experience building, scaling or operating a live-commerce business.

• Experience with TikTok Live, Whatnot, eBay Live, Amazon Live or similar social commerce

platforms is strongly preferred.

• Entrepreneurial leadership mindset with the ability to build teams and processes.

• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

• Passion for entertainment products, collectibles, gaming, music or consumer products.
