• Quantitative rigor, highly analytical, and can own numbers with the business
• Finance acumen, ability to drive business - where do we need revenue to be versus where are we at?
• Looking for Finance and or engineering background
• Top notch communicator. Needs to be able to clearly articulate the strategy to cross functional stakeholders
• Vision - take brands to where they need to be
• Currently an individual contributor, but could grow to lead a small team
• Will be working closely with Global GMs and Marketing heads, along with Daniel Salvadori, so needs to be engaging and able to appeal to Commercial leaders
• Ivan likes these backgrounds most : Hospitality, Travel, Pharma, Consulting
