Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Deploy Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis) to eliminate waste and improve processes.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
- Establish governance and performance systems to sustain improvements. Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and drive a culture of structured problem-solving and data-driven thinking supported by AI-enabled innovation.
- Translate business strategy into scalable models that drive growth and efficiency.
- Design streamlined, standardized processes to improve speed, transparency, and accountability.
- Align cross-functional workflows to enhance execution and eliminate complexity.
- Lead large, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to sustainment.
- Manage project milestones, governance, resource plans, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure synergy with enterprise priorities and execute with strong communication.
- Leverage data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT/BI teams to develop dashboards, KPIs, and AI-driven insights.
- Enable self-service analytics for informed decision-making across the organization.
- Partner with technical teams to create scalable tools such as AI-powered solutions, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
- Identify opportunities for digitization and systems improvement.
- Build stakeholder partnerships across all levels to drive engagement and alignment.
- Lead organizational change management for sustainable adoption of new initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for efficiency and performance strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Program Management, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Excel)
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience translating business needs into technical and process solutions
- Preferred:
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent)
- Experience implementing business systems, dashboards, or automation tools
