Job Description

• Leading annual and long-term strategic planning processes and translating business objectives into actionable growth initiatives.
• Developing financial models, feasibility studies, investment cases and strategic recommendations for executive management.
• Conducting market, sector, competitor and investment analyses to identify new opportunities and value creation levers.
• Evaluating investment opportunities across different real estate and adjacent sectors, including commercial real estate, mixed-use developments, hospitality and alternative asset classes.
• Supporting business development initiatives, partnerships, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
• Coordinating investor relations activities, including quarterly investor presentations, analyst engagement and capital markets communications.
• Managing interactions with investors, analysts, rating agencies, banks and other external stakeholders.
• Supporting public company obligations, including regulatory disclosures, annual reports, general assembly processes and related capital markets requirements.
• Monitoring industry trends, emerging business models and innovations in retail real estate, commercial real estate and customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategy and Business Development Director should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, investment management, investor relations, business development or related areas.
• Experience gained within listed companies, investment banking, equity research, asset management, corporate finance, real estate, infrastructure or investment-focused organizations.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment and investment analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level presentations and working closely with senior leadership teams.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance principles.
• Exposure to public company reporting, regulatory environments and stakeholder management activities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of real estate, retail, commercial property or related investment sectors would be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate growth opportunities from both strategic and financial perspectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Capital Markets Board (SPK) licenses would be considered a strong asset.
• Curious, hands-on and proactive approach, comfortable operating in a lean and entrepreneurial environment.
