We are seeking a seasoned leader to build and lead the Tech Strategy & Enablement (TS&E) organization at our India Center.
This leadership role will provide strategic direction and oversight for a growing organization supporting enterprise technology capabilities across the company. The leader will partner closely with U.S.-based CIO and senior IT leadership to align on priorities, operating models, and delivery outcomes, while establishing a strong, scalable foundation in India to support long-term growth.
The role requires a strong combination of enterprise leadership, technology strategy, operational excellence, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will drive alignment across teams, enable consistent execution, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Technology Delivery
- Partner closely with TS&E leaders to align on technology priorities and enable adoption in India
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership across a broad portfolio of enterprise technology capabilities supported by TS&E
- Establish and evolve operating models to enable consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery across the organization
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure transparency, predictability, and delivery against business objectives enabling adoption of enterprise metrics
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern engineering and delivery practices in everything we do
- Ensure effective leadership across platforms owned by TS&E (Elle, Rally, Apptio, Clarity)
Organizational Leadership and Capability Build
- Build and lead a high-performing organization in India, with focus on long-term capability development and scalability
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion
- Develop leadership bench strength and succession pipelines within the organization across platforms and delivery capabilities
- Serve as a liaison between India and US to cross pollinate best practices across Agile Execution, Learning & Development, Innovation and lean governance
- Foster strong partnerships with India and US stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities and alignment on delivery outcomes
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and effective executive communication
- Enable collaboration across teams and geographies to drive consistent execution
Operational Excellence
- Establish strong governance frameworks to ensure alignment to enterprise standards, financial controls, and delivery expectations in alignment to TS&E Lean governance pillar
- Drive operational rigor through effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of delivery performance, risks, and outcomes in an AI Enabled/augmented environment
- Oversee the management of platforms ensuring reliability, resilience, and continuous improvement building an AI first mindset in the engineering team
- Provide regular insights and report to senior leadership on progress against strategic objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- 14-16 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a large-scale, matrixed global organization
- Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary technology organizations
- Strong background in enterprise technology delivery and operating model design
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation and lead change at scale
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, modern engineering practices, and enterprise technology environments
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams in a Global Capability Center model
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
