Chief Financial Officer

We're working with a venture-backed deep-tech startup from Stockholm currently building the financial foundation of the company as it scales from breakthrough technology to global business.

You will work directly alongside the founders in the leadership team, helping shape everything from financial strategy and fundraising to operational excellence, grants, reporting and long-term company building.

We are backed by leading investors and collaborating with global industrial partners, the team has grown to more than 30 people representing over 20 nationalities with a growing operations team.

Who are we looking for?

• You enjoy bringing structure to complexity.
• You naturally think several steps ahead, balancing today's operational needs with tomorrow's strategic decisions.
• Whether you've been a CFO, Head of Finance, Chief Administrative Officer, Finance Director or built the finance function inside a growing company matters less than your ability to become a trusted partner to founders.
• You're as comfortable discussing cash runway with investors as you are improving internal processes, supporting grant reporting or helping teams make better commercial decisions.

Requirements

• Experience leading finance within a startup, scale-up or technology-driven business.
• Strong understanding of Swedish accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Exposure to fundraising, grants or investor reporting is highly valued.
• Comfortable building processes and finance operations from the ground up.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
