Founding Strategic Project Manager

Stockholm·Full-time

Why this role exists.Stilla is moving fast, with a product customers love and demand outpacing the team. There’s a growing pile of work that sits in the seams, too strategic to delegate, too operational to wait on. This role exists to own that work end-to-end: spot what matters, build the plan, and execute it yourself.

What you’ll own. You’re a generalist who goes where the leverage is. One week you’re standing up our customer success motion from scratch; the next you’re scoping a new internal tool, untangling an ops bottleneck, or turning a fuzzy founder idea into a shipped result. You don’t just frame the problem, you carry it across the finish line.

Responsibilities

  • Customer success (first mission).Your first focus is building out how we support and retain customers: designing the success motion, defining the playbooks, and getting hands-on with accounts. This evolves over time; it’s where you start, not where you stay.
  • Special projects. Take the messy, high-impact problems no function owns yet and turn them into concrete, finished outcomes, not decks, but shipped work.
  • Operational backbone. Build the first version of internal processes, tooling, and operating rhythm. Find the bottlenecks and fix them.
  • Strategy into execution. Translate vision and ambiguous goals into actionable plans, then do the work yourself, with whoever you need to pull in.
  • Cross-functional glue. Work across product, GTM, and ops to keep things aligned and unblocked. Influence without waiting for authority.
  • AI-powered everything.Use AI tools daily to automate as much of the above as possible. You’re building the leverage, not just using it.

You’ll thrive in this role if below resonates

  • 3-4 years at an MBB consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or similar high-velocity, analytical environment
  • Technical or semi-technical generalist with genuine business acumen. You can reason about a product and a P&L in the same conversation
  • First-principles thinker who structures messy problems fast, then executes without a playbook
  • Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a “no task is too small” attitude
  • Obsessed with AI and how it’s reshaping how teams work. Using the products, not just reading the press releases
  • You get energy from shipping, not just from the whiteboard

This role is probably not for you if you

  • Love talking ideas but lose interest when it’s time to execute
  • Want to hand off the operational, hands-on parts to someone else
  • Are looking for an immediate manager role as a next step in your career
  • Prefer a narrow, well-defined lane over a role that changes shape every few months
  • Don’t believe that the best thing you can do for your career is becoming AI fluent immediately

What you get

  • Founding-team-level scope at a company with exceptional product-market fit
  • A front-row seat across the entire business: strategy, product, GTM, and ops
  • Direct access to the CEO and co-founder
  • A very experienced team who’s done it before. Each team member is either an ex-founder, staff/principal engineer, or a founding team member of a previous startup
  • Backed by top tier investors including General Catalyst. Based in our Stockholm office
  • Meaningful equity at the inflection point — you join as we go from working product to scaled business
