About the Role

Lead end-to-end AI transformation for the business department with AI-first thinking, drive project delivery and mindset upgrade.

Key Responsibilities

- Join management meetings, map core processes, and identify AI transformation opportunities

- Partner with Group AI/IT teams to deliver at least 2 AI projects

- Upskill leaders and teams; shift from AI-assisted to AI-rebuilt mindset

- Submit monthly AI maturity reports & final transformation proposals; escalate key projects to CEO/President
