What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the development and execution of the organisation's enterprise Digital, Data & AI strategy across every major business function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the enterprise digital strategy aligned with ambitious global growth plans.
• Building modern enterprise platforms that enable collaboration, innovation and operational excellence.
• Developing an enterprise data capability that supports faster, smarter decision-making.
• Driving practical AI adoption across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, quality and product development.
• Modernising enterprise technology while ensuring robust governance, cybersecurity and data integrity.
• Partnering with business leaders to identify new opportunities where technology can create competitive advantage.
• Building high-performing digital and technology teams capable of supporting long-term international expansion.

What You'll Bring

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation within a global organisation.
• Proven track record of building digital platforms, enterprise systems and data-driven business capabilities.
• Strong expertise across data strategy, analytics, AI and technology-enabled business transformation.
• Experience within healthcare, consumer health, nutrition, life sciences, technology platforms or SaaS environments would be highly advantageous.
