General Manager
Indexed description
The General Manager is the guiding light and high vibrational beacon of the company. You are not a passive administrator collecting reports. You set the intention and are the energetic center that keeps a global, high-functioning team aligned, motivated, and coordinated in their operations with a "servant-leader" mindset that inspires the team to do the same for their clients. You do not need to read further if you think this is just a title and you think AI is writing all of this- this is a highly valued role that will define leadership for the team.
This is a full-time, remote role with required on-site presence in Las Vegas, NV for client meetings, installations, and fabrication oversight. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects move efficiently from drawings through fabrication, permitting, and installation while meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and maintain systematic processes that support strategic wayfinding and large multi-venue signage projects.
Your first responsibility is to the people you lead—removing obstacles, providing clarity, and ensuring they have what they need to do exceptional work. We are a service company, and that service starts internally. You are the bridge between our creative studio and our fabrication floor, and the bridge between our Las Vegas headquarters and our Pacific Rim team (which may lead to late nights) with strategic and energetic oversight. You will find yourself presenting wayfinding systems and budgets to billionaire developers and troubleshooting a vendor's plasma cutter malfunction in the same day and the expectation is that you do it all with the same level of polish and clarity.

Global & Remote Team Leadership
- Lead and synchronize a distributed, high-performing team across multiple time zones. Ensure that remote work does not mean remote accountability.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members. Foster a culture where individual commitment ensures each person's part is passed off successfully to the next.
- Be the guiding beacon that keeps the team aligned on priorities, standards, and values.
- Serve as a service-first leader to internal staff. Your primary job is to support the people doing the work—to remove obstacles, resolve blockers, and provide the clarity and resources they need to succeed.

- Service-First Leadership: You lead by serving your team. You believe that a leader's primary responsibility is to remove obstacles, provide clarity, and empower the people around them to do their best work.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Design, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- You are looking for a traditional office environment with casual socializing and culture that allows people to talk behind each other's backs and still serve on the same team.
- You tolerate gossip, ambiguity, or "good enough" as a standard.
- You need a rigid corporate environment with voluminous titles to feel successful.
- You believe leadership is about commanding rather than serving.
