• Partner with the Country Head to define and deliver strategic priorities.
• Turn strategy into execution roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive high-impact projects—market entry, partnerships, and transformation.
• Build business cases, insights, and leadership dashboards.
• Strengthen GEDU’s market position through partnerships and growth initiatives.
• For High Performers this role could be a launch pad for a global career within Gedu's worldwide offices.

• 5–7 years in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles
• MBA from Top Tier B-Schools in India.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills
• Understanding of education sector, GTM, and growth strategy
• Ability to thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment
