Blackbull Chamber of Investment is appointing a CEO – Fundraising to lead the end-to-end capital raising function for Blackbull and selected client ventures. This leader will own fundraising strategy, investor acquisition, deal structuring, pipeline governance, and closing execution with strict compliance, documentation discipline, and investor confidence standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute fundraising strategy: equity, convertible instruments, debt, strategic partnerships, and structured deals.
  • Develop a high-quality investor pipeline: HNIs, family offices, VCs, PE funds, strategic investors, and global networks.
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycle: outreach → NDA → pitch → diligence → term sheet → documentation → closing.
  • Drive investor relations: updates, reporting cadence, governance communication, and trust-building.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure clean structures, risk controls, and regulatory alignment.
  • Create investor-ready materials: pitch decks, information memorandum, cap-table models, valuation narratives, and risk disclosures.
  • Set up fundraising governance: CRM discipline, pipeline stage gates, MIS dashboards, weekly reviews, and closing trackers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage advisors, and supervise fundraising team members, partners, and brokers.
  • Ensure ethical fundraising standards: no misrepresentation, KYC hygiene, documentation audit trail, and confidentiality.

Eligibility & Experience

  • 8–15+ years in fundraising, investment banking, VC/PE, corporate finance, or strategic capital raising.
  • Proven track record of raising capital and closing transactions (India + global exposure preferred).
  • Strong understanding of term sheets, valuation, cap tables, shareholder documentation, and due diligence processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Performance Metrics

Capital raised, qualified investor pipeline, conversion rate, time-to-close, compliance quality, investor satisfaction, and documentation accuracy.
