Cofounder (Equity Based) (with investment)

We're looking for a Co-Founder (Investing Partner) to build EverHa with us.

EverHa is a doctor-backed Natural & Ayurvedic personal hair care startup at its launching phase. After 2+ year of research and development, our flagship Ayurvedic Hair Care Oil & Shampoo are ready for commercial launch, stock is prepared, and formulations for Herbal Haircare Kits are ready.

The Role: Co-Founder (Investing Partner)

This isn't a passive check. We're looking for someone who invests in EverHa and takes real ownership of a function operations, finance, growth, or partnerships working directly alongside founder, not an advisor on the sidelines.

What you'll do:→ Bring capital to fund team hiring, marketing, and scaling → Own a core operating function based on your strength finance/ops, growth, or partnerships as a hands-on co-founder, not a board observer → Shape strategy, pricing, and key decisions alongside the Founder → Help build the systems (financial, operational, hiring) an early-stage company needs to scale past founder-led delivery

What We're Looking For

• Able to invest in an early launching stage company and comfortable with the risk that entails → Strong operating background - finance, business operations, growth, or partnerships - with a track record of actually building, not just advising → not chasing the hype cycle Wants a real seat at the table and is ready to do the work, not just fund it
• 5 years of Experience in business, marketing, healthcare, FMCG, Ayurveda, or startups.
