Role Overview
Medhavi is looking for a high-energy, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Group Chief Strategy Officer and drive strategic priorities across multiple high-growth business verticals.This is a high-ownership role at the center of the organization, responsible for ensuring that decisions are translated into action, priorities are executed, and leadership bandwidth is used effectively.This is not a support role. It is a core execution role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy to execution
- Translate leadership priorities into action plans
- Track progress across verticals
- Ensure timely closure of key initiatives
- CSO office management
- Manage daily priorities, schedule, and time allocation
- Prepare decision notes, briefs, and summaries
- Keep the CSO focused on high-impact work
- Business reviews and tracking
- Run weekly business reviews
- Track performance against goals and targets
- Highlight risks, delays, and bottlenecks
- Cross-functional coordination
- Align business, academic, and operations teams
- Break silos and enable collaboration
- Follow up on dependencies across functions
- Special projects
- Support new vertical launches
- Drive strategic partnerships
- Support process and system implementation
- Own high-priority projects end to end
- Follow-ups and closure discipline
- Track action items from meetings
- Push decisions to closure
- Maintain dashboards and execution trackers

- Manage the CSO’s priorities, agenda, and time allocation
- Prepare briefs, notes, and decision summaries for leadership meetings
- Run structured weekly business reviews
- Surface risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early
- Improve alignment across business, academic, and operations teams
- Own special projects and high-priority initiatives
