JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Corporate Representation and Brand Development in the Host Country

• Represent MBBank in the host country; build, maintain, and strengthen MBBank’s corporate image and brand presence.

• Represent MBBank in engagements with partners and clients, and participate in external relations, trade promotion, and investment promotion activities and events.

2. Strategic Partnership and Business Connection Development

• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, business associations, industry organizations, strategic partners, and leading enterprises in the host market.

• Lead initiatives to identify, connect with, and refer potential foreign direct investment (FDI) clients aligned with MBBank’s business strategy.

• Promote cooperation and facilitate connections between host-country enterprises seeking to invest in Vietnam and Vietnamese enterprises seeking to invest overseas.

• Provide direction for market research activities and recommend partnership, investment, and business development opportunities as requested by Senior Management.

3. Representative Office Governance and Operations

• Manage and oversee the operations of the Representative Office in compliance with MBBank’s regulations and the laws of the host country.

• Manage personnel, budgets, and assets, and take accountability for the overall performance of the Representative Office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Vietnamese is required; English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or above, or an equivalent English language certification, is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Chinese is required; candidates holding HSK Level 6 or an equivalent certification are preferred.

• At least five years of experience in finance, banking, economics, or a related field.

• Management experience in finance, banking, economics, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong understanding of banking operations, corporate clients, and international business.

• Experience in partnership development, external relations, and working in an international environment.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, market analysis, and operations management skills.

• Willingness and readiness to work and reside overseas on a long-term basis.
