Role Description

As a Founder's Associate at Arctory, you will work directly with the CEO on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Munich involves GTM, Ops, Customer Success and whatever is required to build a generational company. You will conduct market and customer research, deliver outcomes rather than plans on slides, prepare assets such as sales presentations and materials for partners and customers, and assist with planning and executing pilots on the shop floor.

• Pragmatic, structured and rigorous.
• Fluent in both English and German.
