JC Cares is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and spiritually mature Christian leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This is an exceptional opportunity to guide, strengthen, and expand a well-established, Christ-centered ministry with a clear Kingdom mission.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide overall vision and operational leadership—ensuring organizational health, financial sustainability, and continued programmatic growth. This leader will work closely with the Board, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to advance the impact of JC Cares while modeling Christlike humility and a deep dependence on prayer.
