Won.ai is building the next generation of AI infrastructure and executive advisory services for enterprise organizations.

Now we’re building something equally ambitious.

We’re creating a portfolio of executive communities across the industries we serve—including Financial Services, Hospitality & Travel, and Retail & Consumer.

We’re looking for the person who will build that platform from the ground up.

This is not an event planning position.

This is an opportunity to build a business inside one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world.

The Mission

Our goal is not to host conferences.

Our goal is to build the most respected executive communities in every industry we serve.

We’ll do that through flagship conferences, CEO dinners, executive roundtables, invitation-only leadership forums, and other exceptional experiences that executives schedule their calendars around every year.

The Executive Experiences organization will operate as its own business with a simple objective:

Become completely self-funding through sponsorships and event revenue while delivering exceptional strategic value to Won.ai.

What You’ll Own

You will have full ownership of building the Executive Experiences organization.

That includes:

* Developing the long-term strategy for Won.ai’s Executive Experiences platform.

* Building executive communities across our industry practice areas.

* Creating flagship conferences and invitation-only executive events.

* Developing and selling sponsorship programs.

* Negotiating venues, vendors, production, and hospitality experiences.

* Managing the operating budget and full P&L.

* Recruiting world-class speakers and executive attendees.

* Creating scalable operating systems as the platform grows.

* Hiring and leading the Executive Experiences team over time.

You’ll work directly with the CEO to build what we believe can become one of Won.ai’s most valuable long-term assets.

What We’re Looking For

We care much more about your ability to build than your specific background.

We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated high agency, commercial instincts, exceptional judgment, and the ability to create momentum.

You should be equally comfortable negotiating a six-figure sponsorship, designing an unforgettable executive experience, closing a strategic partnership, or solving problems the night before an event opens.
