Location: Philadelphia, PA, USA (National & International Travel Required)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
About Foodhub
Foodhub is an international hospitality technology company providing online ordering, EPOS, payments, kiosks and digital solutions to hospitality businesses across the Globe, including the UK, Ireland, America, and ANZ.
With our global headquarters in Dublin and our business continuing to grow internationally, we're looking for leaders who enjoy building, taking ownership, and making a real impact
About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional President to build the next chapter of Foodhub in the United States.
This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to manage an established business. It's for someone who enjoys building one.
You'll work directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to accelerate Foodhub's growth across the US, shaping our commercial strategy, building exceptional teams, developing strategic partnerships and establishing Foodhub as one of the leading hospitality technology platforms in the market.
You'll have full ownership of the US business, including commercial growth, operations, market expansion and profitability. More importantly, you'll have the freedom to challenge ideas, move quickly and influence decisions across every part of the organisation.
We're a founder-led business, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, opportunities emerge quickly, and success comes from taking ownership rather than waiting for direction.
If you're excited by building businesses, winning customers, developing people and creating long-term value, we'd love to hear from you.

- Build trust through action.
- Develop high-performing teams.
- Challenge the status quo.
- Stay hands-on when needed.
- Build scalable processes that improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute Foodhub's long-term US growth strategy.
- Lead the overall performance of the US business with full accountability for commercial success.
- Help shape company strategy by bringing market insight, fresh thinking and commercial opportunities.
- Build strong alignment between the US business and Foodhub's global leadership team.

- Develop and execute a scalable commercial growth strategy for the US market.
- Increase market share through customer acquisition, strategic partnerships and commercial innovation.
- Identify new markets, territories, and revenue opportunities.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining commercial discipline.
- Evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and new business opportunities where appropriate.
Build & Scale the Business
- Build the structures, teams, and operating model required to support long-term growth.
- Develop scalable processes that improve execution without creating unnecessary complexity.
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build a business that can scale efficiently as Foodhub continues to grow.
Customer & Partner Success
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise restaurant groups, franchise operators and strategic partners.
- Ensure Foodhub consistently delivers exceptional value to customers.
- Act as the executive sponsor for key customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and long-term partnerships.
Product, Innovation & Market Insight
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure the platform continues to meet evolving market needs.
- Bring customer feedback directly into product development.
- Monitor competitor activity, consumer behaviour and industry trends.
- Champion innovation that strengthens Foodhub's competitive position.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure operational delivery supports commercial growth and customer success.
- Establish clear KPIs across sales, operations and customer performance.
- Improve efficiency while maintaining a strong customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between US and global teams.
Leadership
