Mission
Defining and driving a forward-looking global framework ensuring that personal data and technology are used responsibly, ethically, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will play a key role in enabling secure digital transformation, strengthening ethical culture, and protecting the company’s reputation worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the global data privacy strategy, ensuring robust, consistent, and auditable compliance across all regions
Strengthen and integrate business ethics and compliance programs, in close partnership with the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and senior leadership
Shape and implement governance frameworks for global data privacy, including responsible AI and emerging technologies, embedding “privacy by design” and “ethics by design” principles
Advise on complex, data-driven and technology-enabled initiatives
Act as a strategic partner with Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, HR and Business teams to manage risk while enabling innovation
Oversee policies, risk assessments, and regulatory monitoring in data privacy and related AI and cybersecurity domains
Engage and influence senior stakeholders globally, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible innovation
You will initially partner closely with the current Head of Global Privacy, ensuring continuity and a smooth transition into full leadership of the function.
Profile
Senior leader with a strong track record at the intersection of privacy, technology, and legal compliance, capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels.
15+ years of experience in data protection, privacy, compliance, or technology law in a multinational environment
Deep expertise in GDPR and other data protection frameworks
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including AI, data architecture, and cybersecurity
Proven ability to translate complex legal and technical topics into business solutions
Experience contributing to ethics & compliance programs, as well as internal investigations
Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders in complex, matrix organizations
You are recognized for your judgment, credibility, and ability to navigate ambiguity with pragmatism and impact.
