Work You'll Do
As a Project Senior Manager on the engagement, you will:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and action officer responsible for developing, coordinating, and tracking key command priorities.
- Assist in translating commander intent into executable strategic actions, supporting decision-making through analysis, stakeholder coordination, and preparation of high-quality staff products.
- Synchronize efforts across internal and external stakeholders, monitor progress against strategic objectives, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely execution of priority initiatives that advance force readiness, operational alignment, and mission effectiveness.
- Develop test and data collection plans.
- Participate in planning conferences supporting exercises.
- Draft Test Plan/OPORD, Data Collection Plan and Analysis Plan based upon input generated during planning conferences.
- During exercises, assist ships' company in comprehending and executing plans, and ensure they collect pertinent data required to support exercise reconstruction and analysis.
- Communicate exercise results orally and in written formats to representatives of naval commands, engineering labs, and program offices.
- Assist in providing insight during ad hoc workshops and conferences.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior-level government, military or executive leadership
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Prior experience supporting Navy, DoD, or other federal command environments
- Background in operational planning, readiness, or force posture issues
- Exposure to preparing high-level correspondence, talking points, and executive summaries
- Knowledge of surface warfare, maritime operations, or Pacific theater issues
